Yes, we offer same-day jewelry repair on most items.

Bring your piece in and our jeweler will examine it right away. If the repair is simple—like a sizing, solder, or clasp replacement—we can usually complete it the same day.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or modify orders online once they have been placed. However, in person store bought items can be exchanged or given store credit within 7-days period with item in perfect condition and original receipt.

Absolutely. If you’re busy, you can leave your jewelry with us and pick it up at the set convenient day that works best for you. Our jeweler will complete the repair and we’ll notify you as soon as it’s finished.

However we are not responsible for jewelry left with us after 30 days from the promised pickup date.

Yes we offer watch battery replacements and each battery replaced should last up to a year or year & half.

Our battery servicing is quoted on average 20$ - 35$ and takes up to 10 - 20 minutes to replace your watch battery.

Yes, we offer full ring resizing services. If your ring doesn’t fit perfectly, you’re welcome to bring it to our store for an in-person consultation. Our jeweler will examine the ring, determine the best approach for resizing, and let you know the options available based on the ring’s design, metal type, and stone setting.

We’ll make sure your ring fits comfortably and securely.
